No. You must avoid swimming in pools, ocean water, hot tubs, or rivers for at least 2 weeks (or until the tattoo is fully healed). Soaking an open tattoo wound in water increases the risk of serious infection and ink loss.

We will provide you with a detailed aftercare instruction sheet and apply protective medical film (Second Skin) or traditional wrap over your new tattoo. Keep the tattoo clean, dry, and avoid direct sunlight.

Yes, you are welcome to bring a friend for support! However, to maintain hygiene standards and space comfort, we ask that support guests remain in our designated waiting lounge area during the procedure.

If the area to be tattooed is active, peeling, or burnt from the Bali sun, we cannot tattoo over it as it affects skin healing and ink saturation. Please keep the target area protected from excessive sun exposure before your visit.

No. You must be at least 18 years old to get tattooed at Underworld Ink. A valid government-issued photo ID (Passport, KTP, or Driver’s License) is required prior to your session.
